westhundred ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://westhundred.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

Shipping process

  • Fulfillment takes 1-3 business days
  • Shipping time on average is 5-10 business days depending on the order's destination.
  • You will receive a order confirmation and a tracking code as soon as order is placed/shipped

Shipping delays due to Covid19

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, but we’re working hard to get your orders to you. Please be patient with our small business as we are trying our best to get your order Fulfilled & Shipped on time!

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email with your order number. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional confirmation email with a tracking number. In rare cases, your order could be split into separate boxes. However, you will still receive one order number and one tracking number for your complete order.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are subject to delays and changes.

Shipment processing time:
Orders can take up to 2-10 business days to be processed and shipped.

The shipping estimator provided at check out is the shipping time only and does not include the order processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 72 business hours.

  • On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product.
  • For delivery throughout the US, we use USPS, UPS, and DHL as our primary couriers.
  • We charges $4.99 flat rate per order (no matter how many items) or FREE for orders above $59.
  • We currently shipping to:
    • All 50 states within the U.S. including P.O. Boxes.
    • All APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet and plan to do it soon

Please Note:

Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered and are based on both the type and value of the item(s) being shipped. These fees are mandatory government taxes and are not collected in any way by MissJL. Shipping carriers may charge prepaid Tax and Duties to customs for package clearance and later collect from the recipient.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes WESTHUNDRED to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that WESTHUNDRED may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).

  • Customers shall be responsible for Duty and Tax.
  • Customers shall be responsible for customs clearance.
  • Customers shall be held responsible for shipment pricing/charges due to shipment abandonment, rejection, undeliverable or return caused by custom's clearance process.

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

 

Returns

  • westhundred will happily accept returns due to receiving damaged/broken product and long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
  • Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.


Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 business days of payment of order.

 

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

 

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and westhundred encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.

 

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
